All traffic lights not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8530630.

None of the traffic lights are currently working on all exits and the straight through, not sure how long for but I went through at around 5:50. It's likely to cause an accident because everyone is going through whenever they want.
