Numerous pot holes

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8528074.

As you enter the motorway from Vale / Booth street, the entry slip road has 4 large pot holes (one is about 1m long!!), all over 400mm deep. You have to use the stretch to build up speed to enter the main carriageway and it is dangerous. I've reported it to Lancashire CC who investigated and said it wasn't their road, it was yours. Thank you
