Cones all along the bridge!

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8524991.

There has been cones left along the whole length of the M4 prince of Wales Bridge. On both sides. Reducing both carriageways to one lane. This has caused hours of traffic jams on both side ( of which I got caught in both ways). Please pick them up at your earliest convenience.
