Pedestrian crossing not working.

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8516934.

The crossing on the southside of the A27 is not working again. This is an issue that keeps occurring and is making the crossing very dangerous.

  • Thank you for your report.

    We're aware of issues here. Engineers have attended 5 times since 10 November. During the first visit a fault was detected and repaired. During the subsequent visits the push buttons were found to be working.

    We believe the intermittent faults are due to a damaged pole at the crossing and this is scheduled for replacement on 17 December.
