Blocked Ditches

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8515443.

NH maintain the ditches adjacent to Totters Lane RG29 1JW - Adjacent to the M3 on the southern side of the M3 on both sides of Totters Lane, the ditches are overgrown and blocked. HCC Highways cannot access the culvert under the road because of this, and Totters Lane floods permanently. We require NH to clear your vegetation and ditches to allow the water to flow, and we can then get in and survey our culvert under Totters Lane.
