Loose drain cover

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8494168.

One of the drain or man hole covers in the middle of the road has come loose. Every time a large vehicle hits it it makes a loud noise very disturbing to the houses in front of it. Number 61 and 63 Ross Road, Hereford. Been about a week now. This is one of the main roads so traffic is constant.
