Broken road surface near water manholes

Road surface is very uneven and broken in multiple areas. The manhole covers have sunk from the surface. As there is no pavement on this piece of the road, people have to walk on the road to access the pub front door. One person twisted their ankle and fell in the road last night due to the deep broken surface - luckily no traffic was in the road. This needs to be rectified as a matter of urgency before a serious road traffic accident occurs and/ or personal injury.
