Union jack flags on lighting on A36

Several union jack flags have appeared along the A36. They are distracting for me, from my kitchen window so I can only imagine how distracting they must be for drivers.

    We've passed this to one of our local inspectors to confirm that this is on our property. Safety is our priority and we do all we can to protect those who use our roads. Items such as flags could pose a danger to motorists on the road below and so may need to be removed for safety reasons.
