Matrix sign not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8469571.

At peak times due to the phasing of traffic lights and the volume of traffic at the Deep Lane junction vehicles can queue back onto A38. The Matrix sign ideally needs to be fixed as soon as possible to forewarn westbound traffic that there is queuing traffic up ahead as currently there is a real risk of an accident occuring at this location.
