Traffic cones left in the lay-by - same as in another lay-by closer to Comberton

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8467579.

Numerous traffic cones sitting in the lay-by - there are now two lay-by approx. 0.5 - 1 mile apart from each other full of abandoned traffic cones.

Updates

  • Thank you for contacting National Highways regarding the redundant traffic management equipment.

    We will arrange for one of our local inspectors to investigate this. Where we identify redundant equipment, this will be removed.

    However, in some cases we do leave items in place for future use.

    Please Note. Ongoing works including some road closures continue at this location until the 8th December 2025.
