Slip Road Lights not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8461159.

The traffic lights on the slip road when you enter the A1 southbound at Junction 7 are not on at peak times, this is creating heavier congestion than usual at this already busy junction, this has been like this for a couple of weeks.
