Traffic lights not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8459011.

The traffic lights on the entry slip road are still not working. This causes long delays from early in the morning (It took me 15mins this morning to get from the exit slip to get off at Stevenage to the entry slip for the A1M).This is an ongoing intermittent issue which on this occasion has been ongoing for over a week. Could you please indicate when this problem will be resolved.
