Gap in tarmac causing unnecessary noise plus dangerous for motorbike riders

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8455779.

When the road was resurfaced there is a gap in the tarmac between 2 sections, this is by my house and causing unnecessary noise as vehicles bump over it. There has also been a recent motorbike fatality at this exact location and this may have been one of the factors. It needs urgent repair as is substandard work.

    Our inspection team have informed us that a works order has been raised to address this issue.

    Although we always aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible, timescales do vary as we try to minimise disruption to customers by combining activities into single closures and always ensuring the safety of our people.
