Fence damaged - circa 30-40 metre section

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8451665.

Fencing broken and causing motorway traffic noise to come through. Big section is now down and looks like getting worse

Repair work has been delayed due to unforeseen challenges, including uncharted cables and issues with post footings encountered during initial attempts to fix the fencing.
