I hit this pot hole yesterday on Sunday 18th January at 6:41am, which resulted in a flat tyre.
I am currently in the process of finding a repair centre that can fix this immediately, as this has now limited my ability to work and see my daughter for child arrangements.
Have you been able to claim this back?

I'm sorry to hear you're having no luck. I've sent a formal complaint about how difficult the entire process is, such as having to phone up and obtain a CCC number and the length of the form.
I've also raised concerns regarding the victim-blaming language used, such as 'were previously aware of the defect to the road'.
Including yours, there are 4 other complaints of potholes within a 100m radius of this neglected junction, and they are completely liable for subsequent vehicle damage.
Good luck with your claim!
