No warning signs that traffic lights are long term not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8445003.

Not worked for weeks little or no warning signs . Very dangerous . Cars stop at the solid white lines set back from roundabout. Leading to poor observation of oncoming traffic particularly coming off south on A5 top of slip. My wife had a van run into back of her car yesterday. Get fixed before a more serious accident occurs
