Manhole cover is loose

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8442301.

The manhole cover in the fast lane heading east is loose and clatters with each vehicle tyre passing over it. You can hear the noise from 200 meters away and there is concern it will eventually fail and collapse.
