Water from adjacent fields

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8441161.

After it rains water continues to flow across the road on the bend from the adjacent fields. This will be incredibly dangerous when it freezes and as the bend is so tight, drivers will not have time to react.
