Cars blocking inside lane on a30

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8441128.

3 lanes merge in to 2, the inside lane is blocked by parked cars so 3 lane are forced in to 1, this is an ongoing problem, when are you going to sort this dangerous situation or are you waiting for a serous accident ???
