Light timings

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8434666.

Yet again. The timings on the lights on the A49 Southbound have been changed (we noticed it from Sunday) 16th. They now only let around 5 cars through at a time instead of around 15 to 20. This is causing bad congestion in the area. Why are they always being changed?
