Bus lane lights sequencing randomly

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8427979.

Yet again these bus lane lights are causing delays by changing to red without any vehicles being in the bus lane. Witnessed them changing at 3.30am with no other traffic around so clearly a fault again.

During rush hours and peak times this can cause a build up of traffic
