Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8421367.

Two nights 13/11 and 14/11 around 6pm the hard shoulder between m606 and m621 has been used for congestion however stranded vehicles has meant that on both occasions I’ve had to make evasive manoeuvres. This is not working safely.
