Blocked Drain with cones out

Reported via mobile in the Flooding/drainage (NH) category anonymously at 20:03, Fri 14 November 2025

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8421112.

When there's a blocked lane where there are highway personnel actively trying to drain the water from the road with cones out, you've got to close the far right lane of the jct10 exit as the cars that are exiting the m42 using that lane, do not have anywhere to go and will cause an accident. There's no prior warning that the 2 lanes on the roundabout are blocked until you are actually seeing it. I've come off the M42 at jct 10 - coming from jct 9 and someone has nearly taken the front of my car off because there's no prior warning.
