Hump in road

Reported via desktop in the Road surface (NH) category anonymously at 09:36, Fri 14 November 2025

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8417684.

On the M25 there is a continuous raised hump running the entire width. It seems to be most severe within lane 4. It is present Clockwise at the point shown and is located on the junction between the bridge section of the m25 over Cobham Road and the normal road way as you are coming off the bridge.

On a motorcycle this defect ejects me from my seat, and I'm airborne with the only contact being the handle bars which are used to steer the bike - not ideal.

  • The bridge over the M25 is closed, a sign at the roundabout before the railway bridge stating the "Bridge over M25 is closed" would have stopped all the cars having to drive down to the bridge before turning around.
