Streetlight at busy junction not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8401813.

A27 Arundel Crossbush Lane junction streetlight labelled K4 opposite Crossbush Lane is not functional despite being upgraded to LED. Very busy junction so surprised it has not been fixed and left not working - it was working before LED upgrade!
