At least 5 lights not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8398867.

What is going on at this junction between A5 & Parade. It is pitch black with the number of lights out. My wife has just had a replacement hip and is frightened to go outside with the lack of light. Also the traffic crossing control operates every 70 secs for no reason. How long before there's another accident?
