Street lighting not on

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8396078.

Coming off the m6 junction 20a merging on to m56 there is no lights on the m56 and merging on especially in the rain/bad weather you can hardly see on the bend and then where the merge happens with m56 and lane disappears. It is an accident waiting to happen. The lights should be on at least on that slip road/junction and merge.
