Friday 7th November 9 am drove along this stretch of A64 - Grimston Bar to Designer Outlet section. Each road sign upright post had a flag attached by 2 ties. These are flapping and causing a distraction - they are fixed illegally and can easily blow off onto the windscreen or path of a vehicle causing an accident. They will need removing as soon as possible to avoid an accident.
