Hello, Please see attached pictures of vehicles illegally parked on the pavement along the A23 on Brighton Road in Hooley Village. This is a constant issue along this road and is only exacerbated by planning permission being given to a recently now occupied HMO and another proposed development for a house where multiple flats will be constructed with insufficient parking provisions. I’m sure you will appreciate the A23 is an accident hotspot and is so dangerous along the stretch of road with people speeding and because of pavement parking. I have had to walk out onto the road today because of these vehicles parked illegally on the pavement. There is no consideration given to any parents coming along here with a buggy or pram, disabled people that may be using a wheelchair or crutches, elderly people that may be using walking aids. This is totally unacceptable and something needs to be done about this before there is somebody knocked down or a serious accident occurs. Thank you
