Blocked surface drain non return valve

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8388740.

At very high tides the river water is backing up through the surface drains onto the road. At exceptionally high tides this water will cross the road and flood the houses and low lying areas. This defective non return valve is bypassing the flood defence wall.
