Overgrown Shrub blocking view when pulling out of Citadel Way

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8388517.

The bushes are now very overgrown, and are blocking the pavement, but more worryingly making it very difficult to see vehicles coming around the corner when trying to exit Citadel Way
