  • Thank you for your report. This fault, which involves cabling issues, is a known problem and falls outside the scope of regular maintenance to resolve the issue. Addressing the lighting infrastructure at the junction 7 slip road and other lighting issues along sections of the M20 between Junctions 5 and 7 requires a major scheme and significant funding to rectify and restore the lighting. Unfortunately, there is currently no confirmed timescale for when funding opportunities might become available to support such a project. Kind regards,
