Traffic Lights not working.

Reported via mobile in the Traffic lights (NH) category anonymously at 06:20, Thu 6 November 2025

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8382476.

For the third morning in a row the traffic’s lights at the top of The Longshoot, Nuneaton have been out.

Once again compromising safety of the public and road users. This is a busy, fast junction.

Due to new developments being forced upon residents of Nuneaton and the wider area we are having to put up with the multitude of new junctions and traffic lights that are arguably not needed, where as this one is actually needed and is quite important for road safety.

I am assuming there are road works happening over night and this is a swap over, however this is unacceptable that there is either no temporary traffic lights still up, or the traffic lights are not checked to be working before the workers leave the site.

Kind Regards.
