Uneven surface

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8382400.

The man hole cover opposite my house and no 114 has dropped and its making a very loud noise when lorries and cars drive over it. this is a recurring problem which and keeps myself and neighbours awake all night!

  • Thank you for making your report regarding the loose manhole cover on the A120.

    Following further investigation it has been found that:

    National Highways have reported this issue to BT, the owners of this asset. We sent a section 81 (request to repair) to them some time ago.

    Unfortunately we are unable to do any more than this as it is the responsibilty of BT to repair their asset. Please contact BT directly regarding this issue.
