No lines to indicate lanes on the roundabout

Everyone knows you should go in the right hand lane on a roundabout to go right and exit however this roundabout seems awful for people going in the left lane to do it. Every time I use this roundabout, there are people coming up on my left hand and using it to go right, this then causes a problem when you are trying to move across to be able to exit just after the traffic lights. I have seen some near misses there and feel that better signage, lane markings would help. If the left hand lane is to go right too, that’s fine, make the markings clear so people know they can stay in the lane all the way around, it would stop people changing lanes and make it safer.
