Drain cover is dislodged

Reported via desktop in the Road surface (NH) category anonymously at 12:23, Tue 4 November 2025

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8374901.

The drain cover on the drain situated on the inside of the roundabout (nearest the centre), facing the eastbound side of the A40, is not seated correctly. One half of the triangle is slightly lower than the frame and the other half is sitting high of the frame on one corner. The raised section catches a vehicle tyre if you attempt to drive over the drain.
