Loose Manhole Cover
Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8371034.
The cover is loose and bangs very loudly when a vehicle makes contact with it. Its a disturbance to nearby residents and is eventually going to come out of the ground unless its repaired.
