Maintenance vehicle parking areas overgrown

The maintenance vehicle parking areas along both sides of the carriageway from the point marked to the M11 junction are over grown and unmarked meaning the local council can't safely park in them to carry out litter picking of the verges, can they be trimmed and marker posts be erected please.
