Uneven surface, crease forming acorss both lanes

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8365606.

As you start to move through M50-J1 westbound there is a crease forming across the entire carriageway surface. Estimate to be 2-3 inches tall at this point. Hitting this at motorway speeds cause the vehicle to sustain sudden, harsh impact and there is no signage letting you know or anyway to avoid it.
