Excessive water pouring onto motorway

During heavy rain excessive amounts of water flood across the nearside lane and middle lane, spreading into the outside lane. Ever at 50/60mph it causes the vehicle to aquaplane. We use this section everyday and this is something that has developed in recent times. There have also been a number of accidents now which could be caused by this.
