Barrier along the slip road has part hanging into carriageway

There is a part of the road barrier on the slip road that has broken and is hanging in the road. Past two mornings I’ve had to move over to avoid it. It’s the slip road that leads down to Park Way/Ladymead when on the south bound carriageway.
