Traffic light isn't working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8350279.

One of the traffic lights on this roundabout isn't working. The others were lighting up, but one was not illuminating. I was driving at the time so looking at the other lights and cars and me, but I didn't notice it shew any colour light, and was definitely dead when other lights were shewing red.
