All lights not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8346209.

All street lights on this A43 roundabout are not working. I travel early mornings and this roundabout is in darkness. It has undergone improvements on the approach with clearer signage and road markings. This I assume because it is prone to visibility issues in early morning fog. No lighting here will not help!
