Two lights are on during the day and one lamppost is badly damaged.

I am writing to report several issues with the streetlights located on the Norwich Road Roundabout in Swaffham near BP petrol station.
Pole number SW003 – The light remains on during daylight hours.
Pole number SW005 – This light is also on during daylight hours.
Pole number SW008 – The lamppost and lantern are badly damaged and require replacement. This damage has been present for several years.
These faults not only pose potential safety concerns but also result in unnecessary energy consumption. I would appreciate it if you could confirm when these issues will be addressed.
