Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8342281.

Post and rail basically going rotten, it was hit by a car several weeks ago but was only temporarily propped up by national highways staff. The fence further along is only being held upright by the barbed wire. Currently no stock in the fields but we need to put stock in asap.
