Illuminated bollard defective

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8336459.

This junction of the M2 is in total darkness. I have reported previously and am aware its awaiting repair. You should be aware though that as well as every streetlight being out, as well as all of the illuminated keep left blue signs on the roundabouts themselves, the illuminated plastic bollards which mark the edge of the kerb on the corners of the exits (which are safety critical for motorcyclists particularly), are also not working.
