Safety barrier/concrete retaining wall damage

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8331133.

Hi, damage is to safety barrier/retaining wall to southwest side of A2 off slip. I work within the structures department of KCC, this damage has recently been brought to my attention. It had been previously reported on this website but dismissed as the slip road has been de-trunked. I have made some further enquiries and the barrier is part of a development scheme for which National Highways have an S278 agreement with the developer. Although the road has been de-trunked, as the S278 is in place it would fall to the developer to make repairs. Kind regards Daniel Green
