Deep Pothole Bisham Roundabout A404 southwards

Hello, I have hit a very deep pothole on Bisham Roundabout on Saturday the 18th of October when exiting the roundabout. Driving at low speed as coming from the roundabout, this has damaged my alloy wheel, as there is a 3 to 4 cm crack in it at the edge of the rim. Can you please inform me where to send the invoice for my wheel repair? I have dash cam footage with sound, which shows the the hit of the pothole and the immediate response of my kids, who thought we something exploded.. Looking at the history of this, there have been multiple complaints about this pothole through the year and it is still not adequately fixed.
