Flags at risk of falling on to carriageway

The flags that are cable tied to the railing along Wood Lane, above the A2, have come undone and are hanging on by a single corner, putting them at risk of coming completely undone and falling on to the carriageway below and potentially causing a crash, should they land on a moving vehicle
