Overgrown vegetation obstruction footpath

Hi, local authorities (WAF) have received reports of overgrown vegetation on land belonging to National Highways Lld on land registry, which is obstructing the passage of pedestrians with overhanging branches and reducing the width of the footpath; we would appreciate it, as the land owner, if action could be carried out.
